1. About Us

 

 

RS Cricket Coaching (“RSCC”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides cricket coaching services including but not limited to private sessions, group sessions, online coaching, digital training programs, and performance analysis.

 

By booking a session, purchasing a program, or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

 

 

2. Coaching Services

 

 

We provide:

 

• 1:1 coaching sessions

• Group coaching sessions

• Technique analysis (in-person or remote)

• Online programs and digital resources

• Performance consultations

 

 

All services are delivered in good faith and based on professional coaching knowledge and experience.

 

We do not guarantee:

 

• Selection outcomes

• Professional contracts

• Specific performance results

 

 

Athletic development depends on multiple factors including commitment, fitness, and external conditions.

 

 

 

3. Bookings & Payments

 

 

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

• Packages must be used within the stated validity period.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

• All payments are non-transferable unless approved in writing.

 

 

If payment fails, sessions may be cancelled.

 

 

 

4. Cancellation Policy

 

 

 

Client Cancellations

 

 

• 24+ hours notice: session may be rescheduled.

• Less than 24 hours notice: session may be forfeited.

• No-shows: full session fee applies.

 

 

 

Coach Cancellations

 

 

If RS Cricket Coaching cancels due to weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstances:

 

• Session will be rescheduled, or

• Credit/refund will be issued at our discretion.

 

 

 

 

5. Health & Safety

 

 

Clients confirm that:

 

• They are physically fit to participate.

• They disclose any injuries or medical conditions.

• They understand cricket involves risk of injury.

 

 

Participation is at the client’s own risk.

 

RS Cricket Coaching is not liable for:

 

• Injuries sustained during training

• Damage to personal equipment

• Loss of personal belongings

 

 

Parents/guardians must provide consent for players under 18.

 

 

 

6. Weather Policy

 

 

Outdoor sessions may be:

 

• Rescheduled due to unsafe weather

• Modified (e.g., indoor alternatives where available)

 

 

Weather-related decisions are at coach discretion.

 

 

 

7. Media & Content

 

 

We may capture photos or videos during sessions for:

 

• Coaching analysis

• Marketing and promotional purposes

• Social media content

 

 

If you do not consent to media usage, you must notify us in writing before the session.

 

All training materials, programs, and digital content remain intellectual property of RS Cricket Coaching and may not be reproduced or distributed.

 

 

 

8. Online Coaching & Digital Products

 

 

For online services:

 

• Clients are responsible for stable internet access.

• Digital programs are for personal use only.

• Sharing login access or distributing materials is prohibited.

 

 

 

 

9. Limitation of Liability

 

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

 

RS Cricket Coaching shall not be liable for:

 

• Indirect or consequential loss

• Loss of opportunity or income

• Injuries resulting from failure to follow coaching advice

 

 

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

 

 

 

10. Governing Law

 

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which services are primarily delivered.
